    • Electronics and Home Appliances: 0 – 7 days from delivery date
    • All Other Categories: 0 – 7 days from delivery date
  3. Initiating a Return:
    • Log in to your Greeneryhut account and go to “My Orders”
    • Select the order and item(s) you wish to return and click “Return”
    • Follow the prompts to complete the return request

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Methods:
    • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, net banking, etc.)
    • Greeneryhut: In some cases, refunds may be issued as store credit to your greeneryhut wallet
  2. Refund Timeline:
    • Processing Time: 3-5 business days from receipt of returned item(s)
    • Refund Completion: 7-10 business days from processing initiation (dependent on bank and payment processor timelines)
  3. Refund Amount:
    • Full Refund: Issued for the item’s purchase price, excluding shipping costs (unless the item was defective or sent in error)
    • Partial Refund: May be issued for items returned in a damaged or used condition, at greeneryhut  discretion

Replacement Policy

  1. Eligibility: Items defective, damaged, or not as described are eligible for replacement.
  2. Replacement Process:
    • Initiate a Return: Follow the return process (above) and select “Replacement” as the reason
    • Verification: Greeneryhut will verify the issue; if approved, a replacement will be shipped
  3. Replacement Timeline:
    • Processing Time: 3-5 business days from receipt of returned item(s)
    • Replacement Shipment: 7-10 business days from processing initiation (dependent on inventory availability and shipping timelines)

Additional Terms

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, sent in error, or as otherwise specified by Greeneryhut.
  • Item Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Items damaged or altered may not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
