Welcome to GreeneryHut Seller. These Terms & Conditions govern your registration, access to and use of the GreeneryHut Seller platform, website, seller dashboard and related services.
By registering as a seller or using the GreeneryHut Seller Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not register or use the Services.
- About GreeneryHut Seller
GreeneryHut is an online marketplace and business platform that enables sellers to showcase and promote gardening, plants, landscaping, home décor, gardening supplies and related products or services to potential customers.
GreeneryHut may provide features such as seller business profiles, product listings, seller analytics, promotional opportunities, seller verification and, in the future, order management and marketplace facilities.
GreeneryHut reserves the right to add, modify, suspend or discontinue any feature or service at its discretion.
- Seller Eligibility
To register as a GreeneryHut Seller, you must:
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information.
• Operate a legitimate business or provide legitimate products or services.
• Hold all licenses, registrations, permits and approvals required for your business.
• Provide valid business and verification documents whenever requested.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in India.
GreeneryHut reserves the right to reject, suspend or terminate a seller application or account if the eligibility requirements are not satisfied.
- Seller Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated information in your seller account.
You must:
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Not share your seller account with unauthorized persons.
• Immediately notify GreeneryHut if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Keep your business, contact, tax and payment information updated.
You are responsible for all activities carried out through your seller account, except where unauthorized use occurs due to circumstances beyond your reasonable control.
- Seller Verification
GreeneryHut may request documents or information to verify your identity, business, products, business address, GST registration, licenses or any other relevant information.
Where applicable, GreeneryHut may provide a verification badge or similar designation to verified sellers.
Seller verification does not constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee or warranty of the seller, business, products or services.
- Product and Service Listings
Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to GreeneryHut is accurate, complete, current, legally compliant and not misleading.
Sellers must also ensure that their listings do not infringe any third-party intellectual-property rights.
Product listings may include product names, descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices, availability, shipping information, warranty information and other relevant details.
GreeneryHut reserves the right to remove, reject, edit, restrict or suspend any listing that violates these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.
- Prohibited Products and Activities
Sellers must not list, promote, sell or facilitate any product or service that is illegal, counterfeit, fraudulent, unsafe, prohibited by applicable law or restricted by GreeneryHut.
Prohibited activities or products may include:
• Counterfeit or unauthorized products.
• Stolen goods.
• Products that infringe intellectual-property rights.
• Illegal plants, seeds or biological materials.
• Products prohibited under applicable laws.
• Dangerous or hazardous products without the required approvals.
• Fraudulent products or services.
• Misleading or deceptive offers.
• Products using unauthorized trademarks, images or copyrighted content.
GreeneryHut reserves the right to remove prohibited listings and take appropriate action against the seller.
- Seller Responsibilities
The seller is solely responsible for:
• Product quality and authenticity.
• Product availability.
• Product descriptions and specifications.
• Pricing.
• Applicable taxes.
• Required licenses, registrations and approvals.
• Proper packaging.
• Delivery, where applicable.
• Product warranties.
• Returns and refunds, where applicable.
• Customer support.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
GreeneryHut operates as a platform connecting sellers with potential customers and does not automatically assume responsibility for products or services offered by independent sellers.
- Customer Enquiries and Leads
GreeneryHut may provide customer enquiries or leads to sellers through the platform.
Sellers agree to:
• Respond to customers professionally and accurately.
• Use customer information only for legitimate business purposes.
• Avoid spam and unauthorized marketing.
• Not sell, transfer, disclose or misuse customer information.
• Not make false, misleading or deceptive claims.
• Comply with applicable privacy, data-protection and communication laws.
GreeneryHut does not guarantee any minimum number of enquiries, leads, sales or revenue.
- Pricing and Taxes
Sellers are responsible for setting their product or service prices unless otherwise agreed with GreeneryHut.
Sellers are also responsible for:
• GST and other applicable taxes.
• Proper invoicing.
• Tax compliance.
• Government fees.
• All other applicable statutory obligations.
GreeneryHut may request tax, business or registration documents whenever necessary.
- Subscription Plans and Fees
GreeneryHut may offer free and paid seller plans.
Paid plans may include additional features such as enhanced listings, analytics, promotional placement, increased visibility, lead-management tools or other seller benefits.
Subscription fees, features, billing periods and applicable taxes will be communicated to the seller at the time of purchase.
GreeneryHut reserves the right to change subscription pricing or features with reasonable notice, subject to applicable law and the terms of any active subscription.
- Payments
Where GreeneryHut facilitates payments, transactions may be processed through third-party payment providers.
Sellers must provide accurate payment and banking information whenever required.
Payment processing may also be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment service provider.
- Marketplace Transactions
If GreeneryHut introduces direct online ordering, payment, delivery or other marketplace transaction facilities, additional marketplace terms and policies may apply.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, sellers remain responsible for fulfilling their obligations relating to products, services and customer orders.
GreeneryHut may introduce additional policies relating to:

• Shipping.
• Returns.
• Refunds.
• Cancellations.
• Customer disputes.
• Seller performance.
• Customer protection.
- Seller Content and Intellectual Property
Sellers retain ownership of intellectual property that they legally own and upload to GreeneryHut.
By submitting product photographs, descriptions, logos, business information, videos or other content to GreeneryHut, the seller grants GreeneryHut a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, modify where reasonably necessary for formatting, and promote such content for the operation, marketing and promotion of the GreeneryHut platform.
The seller confirms that they have all necessary rights and permissions to submit such content.
- GreeneryHut Intellectual Property
The GreeneryHut name, logo, website design, software, platform, graphics, text, trademarks and other proprietary materials belong to GreeneryHut or their respective licensors.
Sellers may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit GreeneryHut’s intellectual property without prior written permission.
- Reviews and Ratings
Where reviews and ratings are enabled, sellers must not:
• Create fake or misleading reviews.
• Pay or provide incentives for fraudulent reviews.
• Manipulate ratings.
• Threaten or pressure customers because of negative reviews.
• Post reviews while pretending to be a customer.
GreeneryHut reserves the right to remove reviews or ratings that violate applicable policies or laws.
- Seller Conduct
Sellers are expected to conduct themselves professionally and responsibly while using the GreeneryHut platform.
Sellers must not:
• Mislead customers.
• Engage in fraud or deceptive activities.
• Manipulate customer enquiries or platform activity.
• Circumvent GreeneryHut security measures.
• Attempt unauthorized access to another user’s account.
• Upload malware, harmful code or malicious content.
• Harass, threaten or abuse customers or GreeneryHut personnel.
• Use GreeneryHut for unlawful activities.
• Unfairly manipulate search rankings, listings or platform visibility.
- Data Protection and Privacy
Sellers must handle all customer and business information obtained through GreeneryHut responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection laws.
Customer information must not be used for purposes unrelated to legitimate transactions or enquiries unless the seller has an appropriate legal basis or required consent.
Additional requirements may be provided through the GreeneryHut Privacy Policy and seller data-protection policies.
- Suspension and Termination
GreeneryHut may suspend, restrict or terminate a seller account if it reasonably believes that:
• The seller has violated these Terms & Conditions.
• The seller has provided false or misleading information.
• The seller has engaged in fraud or misconduct.
• The seller has listed prohibited products or services.
• The seller has infringed intellectual-property rights.
• The seller has created security, legal or customer-related risks.
• Required subscription payments have not been made.
• The seller’s activities may harm customers, other sellers or GreeneryHut.
Where appropriate, GreeneryHut may provide notice and an opportunity for the seller to resolve the issue.
- Seller Account Closure
A seller may request closure of their GreeneryHut Seller account by contacting GreeneryHut.
Closing an account does not automatically eliminate any outstanding payment, tax, contractual, legal, customer-service or other obligations incurred before account closure.
GreeneryHut may retain certain information where required by law or where necessary for legitimate business purposes.
- Disclaimer
GreeneryHut provides a platform to facilitate connections between sellers and customers.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GreeneryHut does not guarantee:
• A specific number of customers or enquiries.
• Any minimum sales or revenue.
• Continuous or uninterrupted availability of the platform.
• The accuracy of information provided by independent sellers.
• The quality, legality, safety or suitability of every seller’s product or service.
• That every customer enquiry will result in a transaction.
Sellers are responsible for independently evaluating customers, transactions, products, services and business opportunities.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GreeneryHut will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business losses arising from the use of the Services, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities or data.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
- Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, sellers agree to indemnify and hold harmless GreeneryHut, its affiliates, employees, officers and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses arising from:
• Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• The seller’s products or services.
• The seller’s business activities.
• False or misleading information provided by the seller.
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringement of third-party intellectual-property rights.
• Misuse of customer information.
• The seller’s dealings or transactions with customers.
- Changes to the Services
GreeneryHut may modify, improve, add, suspend or discontinue features of the Services from time to time.
GreeneryHut may also update these Terms & Conditions when necessary due to changes in its business, technology, policies or legal requirements.
The latest version of these Terms & Conditions will be made available through the GreeneryHut platform.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, any dispute relating to these Terms & Conditions or the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction over GreeneryHut’s registered business location.
