Returns & Refund policy​

Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Greenery Hut. We strive to provide high-quality plants and gardening products to our customers. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Plants & Live Products – Non-Returnable

All plants, live plants, seeds, and perishable gardening items sold on Greenery Hut are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their natural and perishable nature.

However, if you receive:

  • A damaged plant

  • Wrong product

  • Dead plant on arrival

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

  • Packaging images

After verification, we may provide:

  • Replacement product, or

  • Store credit/refund (only in genuine cases)

2. Pots & Accessories – Returnable

Decorative pots, planters, gardening accessories, and non-perishable items are eligible for return under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Product should not be damaged by the customer

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used

  • The item is broken after delivery due to mishandling

  • Original packaging is missing

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

Once verified, we will arrange:

  • Replacement, or

  • Refund/store credit

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via:

  • Bank transfer

  • UPI

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), return shipping will be borne by Greenery Hut.

  • For other eligible returns, the customer may need to bear the return shipping charges.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
